Calcined brown corundum
Calcined brown corundum is made by processing traditional brown corundum at elevated temperature to separate out or evaporate the impurities inside. Afterwards, it becomes more pure, more rough at surface and therefore more hydrophilic. Also the microcracks generated by crushing bridged during the process, further improving its tenacity and strength.
Development, production and sale of a variety of flexible wear resistant materials (e.g. black corundum, aslo known as black fused alumina).
