Process Control
A rigorous production process is the cornerstone of product quality; only through continuous optimization and refinement can we deliver even higher‑quality products.
Black Corundum Process Control Chart
Raw Material Inspection
The primary inspection focuses on the chemical composition of the raw materials, with particular attention to whether the aluminum content meets the specified standards.
Semi-finished product inspection
The primary tests assess the chemical composition of black corundum blocks after smelting, verifying that the levels of aluminum, iron, silicon, titanium, and other elements meet specified standards, as well as checking for the presence of free iron following magnetic separation.
Initial inspection of finished products
The initial inspection of finished products is primarily conducted by workshop production personnel, with the main focus on verifying whether the sand particle size meets the required specifications.
Final Second Inspection
This inspection is an incoming‑goods inspection and requires verification that the product meets specified standards for particle size, chemical composition, cleanliness, color, and other relevant parameters.
Factory Inspection
Prior to shipment, samples of the packaged goods must be retained. Inspect the packaging bags for leaks, verify that pallets are securely strapped, and ensure that shipping marks are clear and legible.
Control Chart for the Calcination Process of Brown Corundum
The process control for electroplated white corundum and polycrystalline corundum is similar.
Raw Material Inspection
Inspect the chemical composition of the raw materials and verify that the toughness values meet the specified standards.
Kiln Monitoring
During the calcination process, monitor kiln rotational speed, temperature, and duration to ensure a stable temperature profile.
Initial inspection of finished products
Production personnel in the workshop conduct an initial inspection of finished products, primarily checking color and the degree of fading. Any issues identified are promptly addressed through adjustments.
Final Second Inspection
Professional inspectors conduct tests, evaluating parameters such as particle size, chemical composition, cleanliness, and color. Packaging proceeds only after confirming that all specifications meet the required standards.
Factory Inspection
Prior to shipment, samples of the packaged goods must be retained. Inspect the packaging bags for leaks, verify that pallets are securely strapped, and ensure that shipping marks are clear and legible.
