On March 5, 2026, at 9:00 a.m., Henan Yeda New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. will hold an event on the third floor, Room 1. #The conference room hosted a grand meeting on work resumption and safe production. All employees gathered together to participate in this important event, which is critical to safeguarding lives and property and ensuring the company’s stable development. The meeting focused on two key themes: the monthly safety, production, and quality review, and safety education and training for resuming work and production. During the session, it was emphasized that “safety is the prerequisite for development, and responsibility is the cornerstone of safety,” with a call for all staff to adopt a sense of responsibility characterized by constant vigilance and an execution mindset that ensures every task is carried out thoroughly. Employees were urged to swiftly transition from “holiday mode” to “wartime readiness,” truly internalizing safety principles and translating them into concrete actions.

At the outset of the meeting, all employees watched the “Safety Awareness Video on Resuming Work and Production.” Using real-life cases and clear, engaging explanations, the video vividly underscored the devastating consequences of neglecting safety procedures, once again sounding the alarm on workplace safety.

Deploy work related to resuming work and production.

Subsequently, the production manager provided a comprehensive review of February’s operations. Deputy General Manager Du then offered detailed feedback on the status of production task completion, equipment performance, and identified safety hazards, along with proposed corrective measures, before laying out a systematic plan for the upcoming resumption of work and production.

Safety Education and Training for Resuming Work and Production, along with Safety Regulations Examination

At this meeting, we invited safety expert Teacher Zhang to deliver a safety training session for all employees on resuming work and production. Drawing on industry-specific characteristics and the company’s actual conditions, Teacher Zhang clearly and comprehensively explained the common safety risks during the resumption phase, along with preventive measures and emergency response procedures. Following the training, an occupational safety examination for the first half of 2026 was promptly administered to assess employees’ understanding of safety knowledge. The examination proceeded in an orderly manner, with participants diligently answering the questions, ensuring that learning is reinforced through testing, application is driven by learning, and safety is strengthened through practical implementation.

Comprehensive Safety Hazard Inspection

Following the meeting, the company’s safety inspection and management team, together with Teacher Zhang, conducted an in-depth on-site inspection of production areas, visiting workshops, factory buildings, and key production lines to carry out a joint safety hazard assessment prior to resuming work and production. Adhering to the principles of “full coverage, zero tolerance, strict enforcement, and practical results,” the team meticulously examined critical areas such as equipment and facilities, fire‑fighting equipment, and electrical wiring. Any issues identified were addressed immediately with specific corrective recommendations, and relevant departments were required to implement the necessary measures within a set timeframe.
