    Product Applications

    Manufacturing resin cutting discs:

    By blending 30%–50% of black corundum into brown corundum to produce resin‑bonded cutting discs, you can enhance the disc’s sharpness, achieve a smoother cut surface, minimize disc discoloration, reduce operating costs, and improve cost‑effectiveness.

    Polished stainless steel tableware:

    Polishing stainless steel tableware with black corundum grit and fine powder prevents scorching of the polished surface and ensures uniform coloration.

    Wear-resistant, slip-resistant pavement and flooring:

    Using black corundum aggregate to pave wear‑resistant, slip‑proof surfaces—such as roadways, bridge decks, and parking lot pavements—and to manufacture wear‑resistant, slip‑proof flooring not only fully meets practical requirements but also offers exceptional cost‑effectiveness.

    Making a fiber wheel:

    Black corundum grit or micro‑powder can be used to manufacture fiber wheels, which are employed for grinding and polishing a wide range of workpieces.

    Sandblasting:

    Black corundum abrasive grit can be used for removing contaminants from various workpiece surfaces, cleaning pipelines, descaling ship hulls, and sandblasting denim to achieve an aged‑look finish, among other applications.

    Manufacturing abrasive belts and flap wheels:
